Tell your friends to go to the website www.watershedwatchers.org and join the competition. At some point in time, five more questions will be added, and so on until there are fifty questions. The first questions will be easy.

  1. After a rain, look for puddles at the side of the road and see if any have a rainbow of colors swirling around on them. What makes the colors and where do they come from? 

  2. The Milwaukee River winds its way to Lake Michigan. As it flows downstream, what are five harmful things that could enter the river?

  3. About 15 miles up in the atmosphere there is an ozone layer. This layer is a special form of oxygen. How does it protect the earth?

  4. What is pollution and where does it come from?

  5. Where does all the oxygen in our air come from?

To be a winner, you have to start with the first five questions and continue answering all fifty. Doesn't that sound easy? Good luck!
